What makes the Liberty different from other assisted living communities?
Susan Phillips says:
Much research was done prior to and during the design stage of The Liberty. Based on prospective residents' and family members' input, we developed a unique assisted living program called Catered Assistance with Living. Our program offers a very personalized plan of assistance that is flexible and can easily change as our residents' needs change. It is not a "pre-packaged" plan of assistance.
Also, we included full kitchens in our apartments, as well as a separate bedroom. We have also incorporated an area for residents who wish to bring their pets. Another very important difference is that The Liberty is located on the beautiful 156-acre property of the University Hospitals Extended Campus. Our residents have full access to the many innovative and quality programs and services available at Extended Care Campus. The Extended Care Campus--non-profit since 1939--is now celebrating 60 years of excellence in healthcare.
